“Although I held the black ink cartridge very gently as I inserted it into the printer, the ink spilled out all over my hand. The plastic container seems more flimsy than other cartridges that I've purchased from other sources. The compatibility seems ok.”

“Bought these because a) they had the best price I could find, even though they included a second black cart, and b) because they had good reviews. Delivery was quick and I got a nice follow up mail assuring me of prompt attention to any problems if they arose. I put all the colours (but not the black) at the same time into my printer, and immediately proceeded with a faultless batch of 32 photo prints. No rejection messages - they just went in and worked.
