“Seems OK so far - I have used 2 of the cartridges & both have worked well. However, there were no instruction on use (such as shaking well & removing the clear strip before insertion), & nothing to tell me what to do with the empty cartridges. I'd like to be able to send back for refilling & re-use.”

“The refills are all working fine, except the Magenta which is showing up as empty. Keep getting message from that I need to replace it. Everything is printing fine and if one colour is empty the printer won't print so there must be ink in it. This may be way of annoying me for using a different make of refill, I don't know but I will keep you posted regarding the Magenta cartridge. As you will note from the photo, all there is is an exclamation mark. Haven't replaced the black yet but will have to shortly. Anyone got any ideas as to why this should be regarding the Magenta?”
