“After replacing a toner cartridge with one of these, I kept getting a "replace toner" error, the orange warning light kept flashing (4 times then a 1 second pause) and the printer would not work. Same with all 3 cartridges. I contacted Printing Pleasure and they offered replacement or refund. Then I did some digging and found it was an error with the HL-1112 (and probably other printers) You can clear it by pressing the power button 7 times (provided you press at the correct speed - see this video [.]) I suspect the error arose because I had ignored previous toner low messages and carried on printing. So the internal counter was set to high. Anyway good support from Printing Pleasure.”
