“One star - "Left a dirty pink/red smudge over every sheet of paper. Would not recommend." This was my online review after using the toners for a couple of weeks. The company noted my concerns and offered free replacements which arrived very quickly. So far, so good. I am not upping the star rating to five stars yet just in case the replacements do the same as the originals in a couple of weeks. Two months later, upgrading from three to four stars as replacements are fine, no smudges. However, it should be noted that the company has been badgering me with constant emails to alter my review ever since the replacements arrived.”
