“Super delivery. No issues with the quality but I did have some user issues working out how to fit the replacement as this was my first time with this printer. I'd have no hesitation in recommending JARBO for price, delivery and quality. With 3 kids in grammar school, my printers get well used and its critical that my printer is always fully loaded or its a "But Daddy" moment, which is never good. From now on, I'm going to just click reorder from JARBO. Happy to answer any more questions. Arthur.”

“Item arrived promptly, and in good order. Two colours successfully installed without problems. Bonus to receive two blacks when only one needed at any time. I shall have to remember not to update printer firmware as that might block use of cartridges; good that these have latest chips. Shall have to hope that, when their time comes, the blacks will fit without the problem reported by another buyer.”
