“LE: I am impressed with their customer service. They replied within hours and kindly sent a new package over. The black cartdrige still didn't work, so they processed a full refund. The 3* are for customer service. Keep up the good work! Very dissapointed by the black cartdrige. The ink is either dry or almost non existent, as I tried all of them and the shade is a light grey. Thinking to return the product. Although it was cheap, it is a waste of time and money. Def not recomending it.”

“Read the reviews but was still the 'Doubting Thomas'. However, I need not have worried. The product was dispatched and arrived swiftly. It was well packaged. After reading the instructions, carefully, it fitted a treat and worked well - as good as if it were the original. Brilliant! Bonus is, it's a lot cheaper than the original manufacturer's. Will definitely be buying these replacements again. One word of warning (as stated on the slip enclosed with the cartridge) don't update your printer software as this may prevent the printer recognising the 'non-authentic' replacement!”
