“Great product it works and telling everyone about this this is a great money saver and easy to fit, followed the instructions word for word and I'm a 64yr old and female, I even surpassed myself at how fast I was able to remove and fit another nice thing is you can email them to return the chip replaced and they replace with another free.”

“Recently purchased this model printer after my last printer was at last worn out.For the price i think it is a great buy,it is simple to set up and use and the print is clear.I tried to download drivers on my windows 8.1 by just plugging in and then using cd supplied with the machine,but neither worked so i went onto the site it immediately recognised my printer on windows and drivers were downloaded.Mine came with 3 pin plug and just used my old cable,it does explain on the info a usb cable is not supplied.I am more than satisfied.”
