“Updating it for the second time: I have been contacted by Emily from the company's customer service department and was sent an replacement product. It is working fine and back on printing. I have changed my rating to 4 stars from 1 for the after sales support i have received. Thanks ------------------------------------------------------- The black catridge damaged the printer head and now i left with the replace the printer. I have tried both the black catridges and the same result. Since i have opened the box, i am not sure whether i will get refund for it.”

“Bought this compatible cartridge as a trial as I was getting frustrated at how quickly my Konica Minolta 4690MF was getting through eye wateringly expensive OEM toner despite doing very little colour printing. The cartridge is identical to the KM ones (minus the KM logos obviously) and fits perfectly. Printing looks good and is indistinguishable from pages printed with the KM toner. Time will tell if it lasts as long, but it is certainly much, much better value. Will be installing other colours as the KM cartridges run out.”
