“The first cartridges sent for my 2540 were faulty however the supplier customer service was excellent and the replacements worked a treat and arrived very promptly. Just put up with error messages and save pounds!”

“The cartridge lasts longer than my factory cartridges. Very pleased with the speed of delivery, price and now quality. Sad that insists on throwing up warring boxes about having used supplies in use on the printer. If they would sell at a competitive price, there would not be such a large aftermarket for these cartridges. I think needs to try a different approach other than trying to scare customers into buying their cartridges by saying the warantee will be voided and it may over heat. Imagine if Ford told you you must only use Ford gas? Anyway, as a very high volume user of the laser cartridges, I have already ordered two more. For the price difference, if my printer fails after 6 aftermarket cartridges I will have saved plenty to buy a new printer.
