“Following the ratings and feedback I bought these for my. Despite trying different things my printer just won't accept them. We bought them as soon as low toner messages started to come up, and have kept them so we're 6 days out on the returns date. Gutted. Updated on 18 July 2017, Within 12 hours of posting the initial feedback I received an email requesting to let them try again by replacing the toner free of charge. I'm pleased to say the replacements are working fine. Really good communication from the company too.”

“Installed with no issues and ink quality is fine. So much cheaper than buying directly from Pitney Bowes! PS. When you your machine tells you ink has run out, try re-installing the SAME cartridge. I did this with a Pitney Bowes one and got an extra 3 weeks from it and we frank between 70-100 envelopes a day! Still need to test it out with this product however. EDIT: Got an extra 2-3 weeks (2,000 envelopes) out of this cartridge also... so when the machine tells you to replace the cartridge just reinstall the existing one. Pitney Bowes just want to take your money.”

“My reorder for the double black toner pack arrived long before the expected by date. The toner performs as desired. I have also had the CYM toners from this supplier. Only the Cyan has been used thus far but will reorder again. Highly recommended.”
