“I bought this for my M2026W 'Express' printer and after reading the reviews was a bit concerned it would not work. However..it does fit this machine. What is slightly confusing at the beginning is that there is a slim black cover along one side which you could easily assume does not come away unless you pull it. With this still on, the cartridge will not fit the machine, which may be why some people have struggled (it would make more sense if the cover was not also black). Pull this off and it fits in fine. It also printed first time after taking a moment to 'warm up'. I would recommend as works fine and is good value.”

“This is a fantastic machine. I've owned quite a few inkjet printers (and even a couple of those noisy ribbon printers from way back) over the years and this is my first laser printer. We use it mainly or printing flyers, posters and business letters/documents. PROS: For small office/home use it's ideal. Wireless connection works well. It scans documents directly to my computer in another room. It prints fast once the document is loaded. The multi-document scan tray is handy as is the double-sided printing although you should note that it won't copy double-sided (i.e. scan and print), only prints double-side from an external source; computer, tablet, phone etc. Not too noisy. Easy to change the toner cartridges, refill with paper etc.. If something is amiss e,g, jammed paper, no paper, ink low, it gives appropriate instructions on the screen to fix it (with diagrams). Programmable pre-set settings. Can be setup to use passwords and log use for e.g. different offices/people etc. CONS: Not really suitable for high quality photos. No double-side copy.”
