“The cartridge itself was fine with no complaint. Works well. The only surprise was that even though the seller was based in UK and stated prices included VAT, the delivery was fulfilled by a sister company on the Channel Islands, and the invoice I later received had zero VAT on it. Not an issue if a private buyer -- in fact the private buyer can benefit from the zero-VAT to buy cheaper, presumably -- but if buying for a company, as I was, when comparing with another product you'd need to consider this 15%-VAT or zero-VAT factor to properly compare the prices.”

Now the printer won't print because the sensor doesn't recognise the carts are still full. ***Update*** Cannot say enough how helpful the seller has been. Hopefully I just have a naff batch & replacements will be fine (crosses fingers, toes, eyes.)”
