“Have only had this for a week but am beginning to feel a difference already. As I'm a female with relatively small arms the fit is a little bit loose but I put some foam padding under the velcro strap so it's fine. Didn't see why I should pay the same price for the female tricep only toner when I could have the male version and do both triceps and biceps at the same time. Would recommend this.”
