“Printing Pleasure kindly sent me a complimentary set of Compatible Toner Cartridges for my Mono Laser Printer so I could use and test them and offer impartial feedback on their product. I think that the current price of Â£20.99 for a set of three cartridges is good value for money, especially as they also offer a three year guarantee on the product, for added peace of mind. I encountered no problems when testing the cartridge. The cartridge slotted in smoothly, and the ink on my my test pages was sharp, with no lines or smears. I am happy with the quality of the product, and would definitely reorder, when I run out.”

“After replacing the old cartridge for my HL-1110 printer with a new cartridge from V4INK, I could not get my Mac computer to recognise the new one. Meanwhile, V4INK had sent me an email asking if all was in order and wishing me a beautiful day! I replied that I was having a bad day and described my problem, to which V4INK responded by immediately despatching a further cartridge. However, before installing this, I removed and replaced the supposedly faulty replacement cartridge and found that it then worked perfectly! I had not pushed it in properly in the first place. So I asked to what address I should return the unopened second replacement cartridge and V4INK replied that I could keep it as a back-up. All correspondence was by email and my messages were always replied to promptly and courteously. Full marks V4INK!”
