“I have purchased items similar to this from the same supplier in the past and the quality of the output has not been 5 star. I am not sure whether they have taken notice of my reviews (jok) or not but the quality of the toner has improved markedly. We use this toner on a 6180 networked printer and therefore it is in use most of the day and often is called upon to undertake long print runs in a commercial environment. Certainly this batch of toner cartridges is performing much better than some of our earlier purchases and therefore I can only assume that quality control has improved. The toner was not bad previously, but we noted spots on the paper (even after changing the drum) and there was toner "debris" evident in the machine. SImilarly our service engineer suggested that we should stick with proprietary cartridges, but the costs were too high for the volume we use. At just under Â£19.00 per cartridge, this item is good value for money and is working fine for us”
