“Very effective and song contractions which will help to fire up and stimulate dormant muscle fibres that have either been deactivated due to injury or never used. Will also work the active muscle fibres with very strong contractions. I already go to the gym and have larger than average arms and I found the size adjustments quite small and I have difficulty in getting them to wrap around my arms and often they pop off as I can only use the very end of the Velcro straps. Great product but would be better if the adjustable straps were longer as they only fit arms of skinny guys or e average female.”
