“I am a women but I tried the device on several men and they experience the same. The sensation caused by this devices is not pleasant, it makes you fingers and wrist flex in a spasm like claw hand. That is why you cannot use the device during your day-to-day activities. You need to be in stationary position during the whole time it is on. For me - it is still OK, as I am using it during the time I am working in front of the computer or when I am watching TV. In the course of time you will get used to it and the unpleasant sensation will fade away. About the results - after several weeks of usage, I noticed some difference in the tone of my muscles but I am not so impressed. Bottom line: If you have time - go to the gym instead!”
