I had the same worrys about this product as the previous reviewer (did i really need it?) however i decided to take a chance and buy it. Nothing can replace real weight exercise and a healthy diet however if you add this product to your workout maybe when you get tired and lazy i promise you will not only feel but see the difference. it first feels weird having your arms move kind of by themselves but it can really give you a workout. i dont get why there are 3 settings considering you want a workout so i only ever use the highest third setting. It kind of feels like cheating because with this and normal training your arms get big and get big fast and get toned.
