I am a gym active person and so bought this to compliment the gym Be aware, you need the controller to operate this! First session felt very strange but you get use to the sensation. The contractions move your arms up and down involuntarily, so don't pick up anything through the workout, as you will drop them ! 6 week update - Visible definition on biceps and triceps, aswell as overall arm size.
