“I bought this product due to decent reviews and it had a USB charging cable included, which my preferred earpods (from elsewhere at half the price) no longer did I thought I would take time to acclimatise, but I have three overwhelming criticisms of the product after using for a while now: The noise cancelling is quite poor compared to the half price product from elsewhere. I cannot get the volume high enough to drown out road noise, on the other pair I can They are simply not that comfortable to wear for long periods of time The sound is quite tinny - swapping from one to the other, I much prefer the sound quality of my half price ear pods SOrry, I really wanted to like these, but I am writing them off as a mistake. Will be finding a charging cable for the half price options and ordering more of those, especially given I lost one of the 'pods'. For me it is a shame the charging cable is not swappable between the two devices”

“I was really happy with the sound quality, comfort of the product but sadly they run out of charge (even after a full charge) within half an hour (at most) usage. I’ve emailed the company and am hoping to be sent replacements or be given a refund which is a shame because other than that (massive issue) they are great.”

“Still working after 2 weeks but 2 downsides - the cable does NOT allow audio play via iPhone and the lead length is really short, maximum about 200mm (8 inches) - iPhone just about reaches the table when charging. This needs to be better described by seller.”

“The earphones are great for the price. Definitely worth buying these before going straight into the expensive Airpods. The only downside is that the charging system is a little finnicky. Your phone doesn't show accurate readings of what the battery percentage is for the earpods and the case which isn't great and it was worrying when my phone said they were on 10% when I had them on charge for 2 hours. But other than that, the sound is fairly decent and they don't fall out of my ears. So, as said, good for the price.”

“I purchased this product in order to watch NOW TV from my phone onto my non-Smart TV. It seems this product is not compatible with NOW TV so for me a waste of money. Perhaps the advertising could be better regards what it can and cannot do.”
