“I've only had this product for about 3 weeks at least but i seriously have noticed the increase in my arms. i haven't used weights since last year and my arms weren't that big until i used this. i did start off with the highest level first thats probably why. take a look at your arms before you start even measure it if you have doubles but the improvements are there. most people might be sceptical about this because the belt products arent as quick in their results but arms are easiest to tone so thats why with the arm system you are guarenteed to see the results. you need to keep your arms bent throughout otherwise no effect, so a bit of discomfort but not too much. the reason i give it 4 stars instead of 5 is cos it can be bit troublesome putting it on. you have to be resting your arms on something to get it on correctly and discomfort if its not put on correctly. by worth it, has worked quicker then weights for me”
