“Great 2x filters per packet and 3 packets for a total of 6 filters. We use the filters more in the summer due to algae formation but in the winter one filter lasts for a few months, so this pack should see us through the whole year. You can rinse the filters out to extend their life for a few more weeks at a time before changing the filter, however eventually the filters do have to be replaced as the effect lessens.”

“Using this product is easy. I try to use 4 times a week and have already increased intensity to just over 50. Never usually do upper body workout. Been doing circuit training at a local leisure centre and am noticing improvements in number of press ups and tricep dips i can do.”
