“I have been using this along with the slendertone for abs for a few months now and while visible definition may not be as pronounced as if going to the gym it is definitely working. From only being comfortable at around 30-40 I can now run it at 80-90, perceiving a definite improvement in strength and muscle definition. Care has to be taken when setting up as it can contract your muscles painfully if you push it too much, however as you set the level incrementally you can increase to you comfort level making it hard to make a mistake. The pads lasted me about 6 weeks before I added some aftermarket gel to preserve them and I have not had to move on to the spares yet after about 3 months of use 5 times a week.”
