“I pondered for a while whether I should purchase the slendertone arms. I have slendertone ABS and they are F..AB..TASTIC, excuse the pun, but you do need to keep fit and have a healthy diet to see the real results, which is common sense. Anyway becouse i have the controller from the slendertone abs it eventually made sense to me to by the ARMS SYSTEM but not with the controller as it is cheaper by Â£60, and boy does it work.When i first used it i felt the contractions on my muscles straight away. and felt the burn in my triceps and biceps for 2 days after, and saw a differance after 2 weeks. I am pretty well toned anyway but I am also lazy sometimes but if I combine the slendertone abs and arms workout whilst im working or just watching TV i feel like im not wasting time and feel better after the workout. You do need to have the controller for it to work however. so if you have the cash buy it with the controller or buy the abdominal system with the controller and just get the arms system on its own.”
