“This is an odd product, it does not mention anywhere (though perhaps it is too obvious to mention) that your arms will bend as your muscles tense using this. It makes it rather silly to watch. A good tool though forkeeping mnuscle tone if an injury is preventing you from doing other exercises., The only complaint is that the design is not very adjustable. The two pads are linked by eleastic that is a fixed length and as such they can feel a little loose on one side with your arms relxed if you have relatively thin arms like me.”
