“The awning frame is well constructed and very sturdy. The roof covering panels did not fit properly. They were wider than the frame and need to be cut to the proper size. Also, the roof panels are a slightly different color than the end panels and flashing.”

“For my back porch I looked all over the Web for a long lasting, strong and simple design at a reasonable cost. The Austin Awning hit all the marks, easy to install, sturdy, great price and a wide variety of colors. After six months, including the winter, I can say, I am extremely impressed with this company’s product. The service is also excellent, I asked for product color samples on the phone and received them that week!”

“I'm disappointed by the unfinished look of the awning, particularly the front edge. Although I opted to not get a gutter, I assumed there would be some sort of cover or finish to the edge. The metal looks roughly sawn off at the standing seam edge and I'm considering taking it down soon. I would not recommend this product to other considering the cost of it and the final look.”
