The awning was easy to assemble and install. It is a perfect application for our entrance and we really liked the ability to adjust the slope.

The unit has been a great addition to our deck. The assembly instructions could have been a little more specific on how to attach sheet metal to the frame.

General Awnings responded promptly to my initial inquiry, my awning arrived quickly, and I’m happy with the quality. I’ll use this company again.

Their products arrived damaged - the shipping box was not damaged this most likely happened prior to shipment. No follow up customer service response. Disappointed but our contractor did a great job installing in spite of bended/damaged parts. Also, the manufacturer numbers are still visible underneath.

This is a very high quality product that I am quite pleased with. The instructions were clear, and my daughter and I built it and put it up ourselves.

Quality product and substantial materials. The metal trim cuts and hardware attachment holes are done with consistent accuracy. I have purchased and installed 5 separate awnings. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I have only two suggestions: 1) The screws to attach the sheet metal are small and easy to lose if dropped; including a few extra screws would help. 2) The bend angles in the wall flashing are not consistent so that they don't meet exactly when butting two awnings together to create a longer awning. Otherwise very nice.
