“The awning was easy to install, and it is serving its purpose well. It looks nice on the house. There are two reasons for a 4 rating instead of a 5. One is that the cut edges could have been finished off better. They were quite jagged. The other reason is that there is writing on the underside of the awning. The only way to get rid of it would be to paint the underside of the awning, which we did not want to do.”

“The awning was easy to assemble and install. It is a perfect application for our entrance and we really liked the ability to adjust the slope.”

“Their products arrived damaged - the shipping box was not damaged this most likely happened prior to shipment. No follow up customer service response. Disappointed but our contractor did a great job installing in spite of bended/damaged parts. Also, the manufacturer numbers are still visible underneath.”
