“Used this for a ground floor door in San Francisco (in the city). Took an hour and a half to prepare the stucco surface, used blue tape to frame and square up on the surface, and installed. used clear silicon between the surface / edge of the canopy that was flush to the stucco. the only knock is that when it rains heavily, the drops on the polycarbonate sheet can be noisy.”

“Very easy installiation and looks great. Only issue is when it snows due to the slant of the awning. But, lots of comliments and very durable.”
