This generator is a quality bit of kit. I’m impressed so far with the product and the remote control is an added bonus. It’s very heavy but fitting the wheels to it it’s just like pushing a wheel barrow full of muck. I’m yet to run it for hours on end as I haven’t started my business just yet

Setting up is easy, however, tried to put 1 litre of fuel in to do its first start and it would not fire, tried everything, even calling the helpline who told us it needs at least 3 litres in the tank before the flow rate is enough to start the engine, no mention of this in the instructions. Finally got it going and used it to power a 3k heating urn, which it did brilliantly for 6 hours without a problem. Tried the remote control, but now this again is not in the instructions, there is a 5 seconds gap between pressing the start button and the machine jumping into life, it seems like the machine gets itself ready, cranks half-turn before jumping straight to life. We thought there was a problem, but after 5 or 6 starts, even cold starts, it does work very well! One major drawback we have found, with the wheels on, its wider than 600mm so will not fit through q standard doorway to put it in our back garden for storage, so we have to take the wheels off in order to go through the door, put the wheels back on and take it besides the shed. Again, diamentions on the website would have been helpfull here.
