“Brought a Hyundai diesel generator. After 4 weeks and only 121 hours it has broken down. Service was completed at the correct hours as per the instructions.
DO NOT use Generators Direct as the aftersales service has been poor and unhelpful.
DO NOT purchase a Hyundai Generator in any way, shape or form”

“There was a slight delay in delivery of my generator due to storm goretti but I was contacted by Abby Access to explain this (Carol was delightful on the phone). Excellent communication, keeping the customer informed.
The delivery driver was great, helping me unload it into my van so that I could move it exactly where I needed it.
The unit was packed safely on a small pallet.
I have since started the generator and tested both the 15amp outputs (not done the 32amp yet) and all good. Extremely happy with the product and the service. Absolutely deserves 5 stars all round.”

When searching there was so many to choose from some many reviews. Very confused on which way to go about getting one.
I bit the bullet and brought this one. Wow it’s is perfect very quiet easy to start you don’t know you’ve running it.

“Excellent service from Generators Direct. The Champion 7.5kw generator developed a leak at the petrol tap. Contacted GD on Tuesday and spoke to Samantha. The replacement tap arrived on Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning the generator was up and running again. Replacement tap provided on the warranty with no hassle. Same excellent service as when buying the generator over a year ago.”

Purchased a Hyundai pressure washer a couple of years ago from Generators direct which arrived promptly in perfect working order. Unfortunately it's developed a fault since and I contacted the company for some assistance. Abbey Access (I guess a part of generators direct) then took on my case and have been fantastic in helping me get back up and running.
