Excellent service from Generators Direct. The Champion 7.5kw generator developed a leak at the petrol tap. Contacted GD on Tuesday and spoke to Samantha. The replacement tap arrived on Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning the generator was up and running again. Replacement tap provided on the warranty with no hassle. Same excellent service as when buying the generator over a year ago.
