“Easy transaction with prompt free shipping. Received my order the same week all 3 dogs had an intestinal virus. Every rug in the house was hit. I pretreated spots with the spray bottle, then used the solution in a Shark Sonic rug scrubber. It did an incredible job. My only complaint is the strong chemical smell. I opened Windows and lit a scented candle, and it dissipated within an hour. I would highly recommend the product, a must have with pets in the house.”

“Have tried everything on the market except genesis 950 on stubborn pet stains. Nothing worked until I used genesis 950! Can’t wait to use it on other things.”

“The product works really good. The only issue is the strong odor left after the cleaning was complete. I mixed the product as instructed, and the odor was pretty strong. My wife is very sensitive to any odors. The chemical odor left after the cleaning made her have to leave the house for a few hours.”

“Product arrived inside second outside carton and protected by a plastic bag. The seal on the bottle was damaged and 1/4 of the product had leaked out”

“Worked for a few hours but then the odor came back. While it was on the affected area adn wet, there was no odor, however, after it dried, the odor returned. I used it in a steam cleaner. I guess if I steam cleaned once q week the smell would slowly dissipate. Like most products, promise a lot, deliver much less.”
