“I haven’t actually received my order after I was sent an incorrect item and had to go through the process of waiting for a response, waiting to receive the return label, waiting for the item to arrive back at the store, and now still waiting for any kind of acknowledgement of the return or even when my correct order will finally be sent out. Customer service for online ordering is terrible and it seems that there are many google reviews agreeing that there is a concerning process where customers may never receive their order and will need to dispute with their bank and the ombudsman.”
