“I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S9 from the website, when I enquired a day later as to status of my order was told that phone I ordered wouldn't be in stock for a few days so instead offered me an upgrade to S9 plus for same price which I accepted, when phone arrived it was perfect but had wrong accessory pack included, this took a while to sort out but arrived eventually, happy with phone and service from get tech but ordering and shipping need some work.”

“Hi I recently ordered a Samsung S8 off your website. The site stated one to two working days dispatch . After 3 working days I emailed customer services who said they would deal with the problem. When they hadn’t come back to me the next day I phoned and was told eventually that the reason the phone wasn’t dispatched was that there was no As New phones available for a few more days due to a late shipment of screens. I cancelled the order which I won’t have done if you had been emailed earlier stating there was going to be a delay in shipment. Regards Brian.”

“Bought a iphone 7 as new. Have to say the iphone is as new no marks on it all. I did have an issue when it came. The phone would not load. I understand how this can happen and these things do happen. But it is how the issue is dealt with that i measure a company by. Gettech sent me a replacement after i sent the first one back. The phone is sitting here waiting to be giving as a suprise but all looks good at the moment.”

“Very happy with iPhone 6s purchased for my daughter. Excellent condition, a few tiny scratches on back but barely noticeable. Came with phone cover, portable charger and tempered glass screen protector. Unfortunately the tempered glass screen protector was broken when we took it out of the packaging. There was a small problem with delivery. My daughter wanted a gold phone and as a result had to wait 4 days for delivery. Would have preferred to be told this at the time of ordering. I am very happy with the phone and have recommended Gettech to friends already.”

“I purchased a refurbished iPhone 8 and it was like new however a couple of months later the screen became faulty. However, Gettech stuck by their warranty and fixed and replaced the screen and posted it back to me within 4 days. Excellent service”

“I bought an iPhone 8 Plus As New off this site back in March and in June, began to realise problems with the screen. I decided to contact the site and without hesitation they told me to send it back to them and they would repair it. The device was unable to be fixed and they sent me a new device within a day. Great service.”

“Very happy over all. I got a used iPhone 7. Two weeks on and it’s working great. It was a little more beat up and marked then I expected but with a cover on these are not viable and have not effected the performance of the phone. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the protective glass that was included in the deal I purchased was not included. I have connected them about it and was told one oils be sent out to me. Still waiting on it. But as I said over all very good and knowing I have a two year warranty with the phone is great peace of mind.”
