“You sent me the incorrect charging cord. Have sent you at least 5 emails, and 5 phone calls to "get the correct product to me" but nothing happens. Your back up office needs a "rocket: Temara!!!!!! Please can you fix the problem, as I am running out of patience, fast!!!!!”
