“Made an order 25/7. Order confirmed and email said i would receive shipping details. Emailed 31/7 asking for shipping details. No response. Emailed again 1/8 and 2/8 as well as called and no responses. Luckily I paid using Afterpay so have asked them to refund and cancel sale. Soon after product was shipped out 2 weeks after purchase. Customer service seriously lacking. Delays are unavoidable but understandable if you keep us updated.”
