“The razor was as expected,as I have used Phillips for many many years-5xstars,however your service leaves a lot to be desired.I ordered & paid for the razor from BRISCOES on Thursday morning.Briscoes screen advised me of an express same-day delivery service for an extra$3.00
which I paid - $6.00 to $9.00 The screen then switched to your company of whom I know nothing.Friday morning I was advised by your Co. of despatch,Tuesday morning-delivered.So much for express delivery,-My contract was with Briscoess-not your company,whoever you are.As a retired self employed retailer I am concious of need to match performance with advertising/promises.-I am 88 yrs old ,and a retired Pharmacist-
