“I made the mistake of buying a Remington R9 Shaver from a large NZ retail chain. What I thought should be a good shaver turned out to be disappointingly blunt after 6 months of normal and careful use. Absolute junk.
Thankfully 'Get a Cut NZ' came to the rescue with a new cutting head in record time. Service from them was outstanding, and I highly recommend them.
