I have checked to see if there has been any correspondence with our customer service department regarding this or the difficulty in building this but I cannot locate anything. “The slats that make the floor hadn’t been labelled. Luckily I realised and worked out which slat was meant to go where by the pre drilled holes in them but this could have been a right pain. I did have to undo the unit once to move a middle slat from an end to the middle. Otherwise I’m happy with it and it does make under the bed much tidier. Slides well too.”

“Looks okay but could be a bit taller. 2 biscuits missing. Only two of the thirteen slats can be screwed down so the others slide around - why not enable others to be screwed?”

“See above review, utter junk. And don't get me started on the underbed drawer, what a piece of junk certainly not worth a fraction of what I paid, save your money and buy elsewhere, I do not recommend!!”
