“Not the best product I ever bought. Instructions were missing, though were sent to me very promply when I logged a support request. The instructions were not a good match for the storage option I chose, and there were some missing screws. But the missing screws were easily substituted by standard woodscrews that I had in the house, so not a biggie. Assembly was not easiest I have ever experienced but I just about got there in the end. The problem I experienced was getting the base slats in place and kept there whilst finishing off the assembly. VERY tricky. The end result is that I just about got the unit together, but I would not want to be accessing it very often in case the bottom slats start falling out. As a unit that I can access occasionally, it is fine.”

“Beautifully made and designed bed. Four bit five stars as the headboard could be a touch bigger. Gorgeous the way it is, larger head board would five stars.”
