“The wheels are very small, and do not work well on my carpet. Can I reccomed having the option of sliders instead?”

“Beautifully made and designed bed. Four bit five stars as the headboard could be a touch bigger. Gorgeous the way it is, larger head board would five stars.”

Hello Hannah, Thank you for your feedback. We are continously looking to improve our instructions so this feedback is most welcome. I apologise that you didnt receive the correct fixings for the bed. I have checked to see if there has been any correspondence with our customer service department regarding this or the difficulty in building this but I cannot locate anything. “The slats that make the floor hadn’t been labelled. Luckily I realised and worked out which slat was meant to go where by the pre drilled holes in them but this could have been a right pain. I did have to undo the unit once to move a middle slat from an end to the middle. Otherwise I’m happy with it and it does make under the bed much tidier. Slides well too.”
