“Assembly of the headboard for the Kensington bed is unnecessarily time consuming. Why are there not pre-drilled holes in the three panels that make up the board. One week after assembly the feeling of annoyance is there every time I go to bed. I’m sure it will pass but it could easily have been avoided with some predrilled holes!”

“The bed is beautiful, very stylish and well made. I bought the Kensington kingsize in solid oak. The solid oak was more expensive but l got it in the sale and it's stunning. I went for the white glove delivery and assembly service which was also excellent. My only constructive feedback is that the horizontal planks on the headboard were not aligned perfectly by the assemblers (out by 1-2mm) but l am a massive perfectionist and this is hard to notice. However the oak headboard, turned legs and sides look and smell absolutely fantastic and the base fixed planks are solid. All in all a very good experience and l'm delighted with this beautiful bed. Would buy from this company again.”
