“The bed looks good in photos, but the design falls short in practice. The slats don't fully cover the mattress and the sides aren't properly supported, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep on and has caused ongoing back pain for both my wife and me. The frame also squeaks constantly and it hasn't settled or improved over time. Because of the design, the mattress shifts out of position and needs to be manually pushed back into place every night. Combined with missing hardware in the box and a hard-to-follow manual, this did not feel like the "easy assembly, quality frame" experience we paid £516 for. We're currently in contact with the company to see if they'll make this right.”

“The wooden bed was reasonably good quality with a couple of small dents and defects in the surfaces. Some parts were not terribly easy to assemble, particularly the headboard which needs several pairs of hands to hold it together while it is being screwed in place.”

“My daughter loves the bed & mattress. purchase was easy and communication was very good, delivery was on time and the delivery guys were very good. Building the bed was easy although I had to measure where the headboard slats fitted myself which, when you consider it is the only visible part of the bed that it could be sorted out.”
