“They deliver this bedframe with visible screws and washers in the footboard that don't appear in their marketing pictures. This design is frankly ugly and unprofessional and not what I wanted. I have asked getlaidbeds to find a solution but their attitude is 'computer says no' by support staff that have no manufacturing knowledge. They claim their mortice and tenon joints make their beds strong then they need to hold the frame together with screws. I'd rather have decent glued joints than ugly screws on the most visible face of the bed particularly when the screws are not even level!”
