Hello, We understand how frustrating this can be when delays happen. Please accept our apologies again. The items were collected by the couriers all together and on time. “The pictures that accompanied the bed were wrong. Three of the pictures were utterly misleading. (The correct/incorrect pictures were wrong, as was the picture of the centre strut.) Only when I realised the mistakes was I able to finish the bed. The picture of the finished bed did not resemble the bed that was assembled! I was misled as to the beech finish, but that was my fault.”
