“Fantastic! Start to finish absolutely brilliant. Excellent prompt responses to all queries and questions whilst looking to purchase from the admin team. Clear information throught the process and the team that delivered and built the bed for me - absolutely superb. I felt the alteration fee to be reasonably priced and has enhanced my new bed beautifully - I wanted a taller headboard - looks seamless. It really is a solid piece of furniture. I highly recommend.”

“Delivery as described/arranged. Bed is beautiful and sturdy once built. The pre-drilled screw holes in some places were really hard and in the end we had to borrow a power drill/screwdriver thing (impact driver?) from a friend. The angle of some of the screws was also really hard to reach with the length of the tools we had available.”

“Beautiful design and excellent finish. We haven't constructed the storage drawers yet but all the components are top quality and instructions simple. Love the little castors which will make accessing them very simple. Also LOVE the slatted base - a genius design which will help ventilate the extra bedding, duvet etc.”

“Solid bed, the constency of wood stain colour isn't quite right on the seperate pieces and i had to really tighten every single screw to the max to stop the frame squeaking, but overall very happy. Would be good to make instructions for each individual bed rather than collections of them too, intially a bit confusing.”
