“Happy overall, but expected slightly better for the price. No problems with delivery or timescales. Building was fairly straightforward if you're that way inclined, but some of the instructions were misleading (and one step we actively decided to do the opposite of what it seemed to be suggesting). Also not helped by the fact the instructions were for a slightly different bed than mine! Was also very glad I had a friend with power tools to help me, would have been a much harder job by hand. Disappointed that there were some scuffs and a gauge out of the headboard on both sides. Know it's a natural, handmade product, but feels like that damage could have been avoided. Was also disappointed at the gap between the slats, ended up having to put them about 7.5/8cm apart to space them out evenly across the base, which is a bigger gap than recommended for most mattresses. Partly my fault because I'd misunderstood the section of the website talking about their "better than industry standard" slats, but still... Overall, looks good, so far functions as you'd expect. But not sure I'd buy again for the price”

“Honestly can’t think of a bad word to say about it. Build quality is excellent, assembly was very straightforward for two people and little things like the screws being tough or it not relying on pathetic dowels make such a difference. Opted to go without the rounded legs but the regular ones are smoothed on the corners anyway. It fits really well in our low attic, is extremely comfortable, feels very secure and will hopefully be with us many years of amazing sleep to come.”
