Hello Hannah, Thank you for your feedback. We are continously looking to improve our instructions so this feedback is most welcome. I apologise that you didnt receive the correct fixings for the bed. I have checked to see if there has been any correspondence with our customer service department regarding this or the difficulty in building this but I cannot locate anything. “Really nice bed but you definitely need a good electric screwdriver to fit it together. A couple of the slats had their holes pre-drilled in the wrong place so we had to make new holes.”
