“Sturdy, like that the headboard slants back for sitting up and reading, chatting, etc. Looks good. A bit more Swiss chalet than expected in the colour, but that may be partially due to my choice of bedclothes. Full marks.”

“Not very happy with the quality of wood. Lots of scratches and dents, chips, while the black varnish is uneven. The headboard is much darker than the other parts to the bed, so it looks like a poor paint job., which puts the whole aesthetic off kilter.”

“Lovely looking bed and great quality. Gets 5 stars but as a bit of feedback some guide holes to align the headboard would be v helpful, feels a bit hit and miss trying to get it horizontal and middle aligned. We managed and we are not great at DIY so not a huge problem, and I think worth the little extra effort for the quality of then bed.”
