“Lovely bed which is well made and feels very solid. The bed was easy to but together, however there were more of some screws and less of others. It didn't stop the bed being put together, we were missing a couple of screws for one of the slats which could simply rest on the supports so no real problem. Overall the bed was finished beautifally with only one blemish. There was a minor fault in the wood of the leg attached to the head board (photo attached) fortunately it is hidden against the wall. However it could cause a nasty splinter if the bed gets moved in the future, may have to glue it down or sand it away. It has slipped my mind to contact customer services as we needed a functioning bed and seemed minor at the time.”

“Sturdy, like that the headboard slants back for sitting up and reading, chatting, etc. Looks good. A bit more Swiss chalet than expected in the colour, but that may be partially due to my choice of bedclothes. Full marks.”

“Not very happy with the quality of wood. Lots of scratches and dents, chips, while the black varnish is uneven. The headboard is much darker than the other parts to the bed, so it looks like a poor paint job., which puts the whole aesthetic off kilter.”

“Lovely looking bed and great quality. Gets 5 stars but as a bit of feedback some guide holes to align the headboard would be v helpful, feels a bit hit and miss trying to get it horizontal and middle aligned. We managed and we are not great at DIY so not a huge problem, and I think worth the little extra effort for the quality of then bed.”
