“Delivery good. It would have helped to know which box where instructions were, it would have saved opening every box together. A few of labels missing on pieces so it took a while to sort the pieces out. Some of instructions not 100% clear (using different names for same part)”

“Overall, I'm happy with the functionality and solid wood quality of the bed. I don't believe the stain is reflective of the color shown online (we bought honey stain and it looks somewhat grey to me). My biggest complaint is that it seems to be out-gasing a noxious odor similar to strong paint thinner and has been for a month now. I keep the windows open when I can and keep the door to the room open, but it causes my face to puff up by the morning. I was hoping to write a review to say how long it took for the smell to go away, but now it's just been too long. I think this should have been stated somewhere as it would've swayed my decision to buy.”

“They have downgraded the build of their beds, there are fewer slats and the polishing isn't same as what it was in 2022, they have increased their prices too by about 40%. Not the same solid built anymore, its a shame they call them bed of Britian.”

“The bed was incredible difficult to assemble with missing screws that we had to purchase ourselves to complete the bed. The images on the instructions are so bad and the written instructions very vague and hard to understand. For the price we paid for it I was very disappointed and would not recommend.”

“We're very happy with our new bed, it looks great and is very sturdy, it's even made our old mattress feel like new! I'm normally pretty good at putting flat pack furniture together but the instructions were a little confusing and contained a couple of errors, so it took a bit longer to figure things out. A youtube video of the bed being put together by your fitters with advice on important things to look out for, would be extremely useful.”
