“Disappointed with how difficult it was to put the bed together- instructions for the ottoman were terrible and I have put three ottoman beds together since July- this was the worst. Expected better when paying so much for a bed. still haven’t been able to figure it out! There are fancy bags for the screws but the actual screw sizes are not separated or labeled. Very disappointed”

“Sturdy bed with lots of storage. All the parts were made in Leicester which was impressive. Assembly took a little while but was manageable. There were pre-marked screw positions so it made assembly easier. It is a well-crafted bed. We also like the finished colour (honey yellow) which unexpectedly matched with our chest of draw.”

“This ottoman bed looks nice and offers decent storage, but the overall experience was just average. The delivery process was a bit weird – the boxes arrived separately at different hours, which was inconvenient. The assembly instructions were very poor, making it frustrating to put together. Once built, the design feels a bit off—the mattress sits more on top of the frame rather than inside it, which doesn’t feel as secure or polished as it should. For the price, I expected better quality and a smoother experience. It does the job, but I’m not fully satisfied. If you’re considering this bed, maybe look for better options unless you’re okay with these drawbacks.”

“A superb bed - pretty easy to put up yourself with a little help from the odd power tool and looks fantastic and super practical. Absolute game changer buying a fantastic bed that saves you on buying more storage space / cupboards / wardrobes. Can fit masses of vacuum packed parcels so you can see what’s in there and take up less space in the home - love it”
